Returning of
general items (clothes, wigs, eyes, tools, etc) after shipping due to the
customer's change of mind shipping fees will be requested. Products should be
returned within 10 days to Liladoll.com. Shipping fees and returning shipping
fees are charged to the customer. Items must be returned unpacked and must
remain in the same state as when shipped. Liladoll.com has no authority and
no power to cancel or refund products returned after 10 days. Please send us
the EMS company claim number to us within 15 days. |
