[Delivery Info] Exchange and refund of items
Lost or damaged items Never sign the delivery receipt before you have checked that any damage or loss has occurred. Please always check that nothing wrong happened to your goods and then sign the receipt. If they suffered damages or loss, please contact us through the 'Q&A' board.
Damages and injuries during shipping If damages occurred during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours after reception  through the 'Q&A' board. As we cannot provide any refund or exchange after this period, we thank you for your understanding. Please contact the EMS company,and send us all the items enclosed in the box without exception.
