[Delivery Info] Defective Merchandise
We accept returns only if the item is defective. Defective item has be reported to Liladoll.com within
24 hours from the package reception day.
Defective item can be exchanged for the same product.
Certain merchandise may require manufactures service first before the return is allowed
in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise, please report the issue to Liladoll.com by posting Q&A board right away. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. All product accessories, manuals, etc., Must remain intact, new and un-used.
 It is not possible to refund a deformed, damaged item or an item item which package has been opened.
